I ordered some packaging from kimecopak.ca for my small shop, it held up better than I expected, which was a nice surprise for once.
The boxes didn’t really bend much, even with heavier stuff inside. A few corners looked a little rough, but apparently that’s just part of the charm, I guess. Still usable, so not the end of the world.
I’m giving 4 stars because the delivery box showed up looking like it had been through a small battle, but thankfully the actual products inside were fine. I’d order again, assuming the shipping box survives next time too.

I tossed it in my compost bin and kind of forgot about it for a few months, but it barely changed at all. It seems well-made enough, so I’ll give it that, but it definitely didn’t compost the way I expected

My order did arrive in good condition, but the shipping took longer than I expected. Based on that experience, I’d say it was fine overall, just not especially fast.

I’m still waiting on my delivery today. Not sure if it got lost somewhere or if someone just didn’t bother to send it out, but it definitely hasn’t shown up.

I ordered some compostable containers from Kimecopak for my small shop because I’m trying to cut back on plastic where I can. The containers look good, and I do like that they offer paper and plant-based options. Shipping was fine too, not quick enough to impress me, but not a disaster either.
The part that kind of wore me out was trying to figure out what’s actually home compostable versus what needs commercial composting. I’m already mentally drained from running the shop, so I really wish that info was easier to find. Some of the packaging also showed up with extra plastic wrap, which felt a bit frustrating. Overall, it’s a good step in the right direction, but definitely not perfect

I was hoping for more choices when it came to custom packaging, but the options felt limited. The ordering process was also kind of confusing, it made me wonder if I was missing something or if they just don’t make everything clear upfront.

I expected a lot more for the price. It just felt way too expensive for what I actually got, and by the end I was kind of left thinking... yeah, probably not money well spent.

The site feels kind of messy overall, and I was expecting clearer instructions to help me figure out where to go or what to do next. It works, but the experience felt a bit unpolished.

The customer service was slow, and the support team came off like a bunch of amateurs. I didn’t feel like they were very helpful at all

I got my order and most of it was right, so the experience was mostly fine. There was just one item missing, which was a bit frustrating, but everything else was as expected.

I was interested in ordering, but the minimum order amount is just too much for what I needed. It makes it hard to try the service without committing to a bigger purchase. I also emailed with a question and the responses felt robotic, like I was getting a copy-paste answer instead of a real person actually helping

I ordered a few packaging supplies from kimecopak.ca, and overall they were okay. Some of the items looked nice and felt sturdy, but a few were thinner than I expected. Compared to other packaging suppliers I’ve used, the quality wasn’t quite as consistent. That said, everything still worked for what I needed, so I can’t really complain too much. It’s not bad, but I wouldn’t say it’s the best I’ve tried either

The checkout part was straightforward though. Then out of nowhere I was like, why am I on a treasure hunt for basic details? Anyway, not a bad experience, just feels like it could be smoother.

It’s kind of hit or miss depending on what you need. I wish they had more sizes and styles available, because that would make it a lot more useful. Not a bad site, just could be better...

I was not that happy with my experience on kimecopak.ca. The whole process felt way more frustrating than it needed to be, and I literally didn’t feel like I got what I was expecting.

Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it just wasn’t really worth it. I’m definitely not in a rush to order from them again.

I really appreciated that Kimecopak offered samples before committing to a larger order. Being able to see the size and feel the product in person made the decision a lot easier than just guessing from photos online.

The sample shipping did take a little longer than I was hoping, but it wasn’t a big issue in the end. Overall, I had a good experience and found the samples really helpful

The checkout process was unbelievably smooth. I had zero issues, and the payment went through so fast I’m completely convinced it couldn’t have been any easier.

I ordered a larger quantity thinking the bulk pricing would actually make a difference, but it didn’t. I even asked about getting a better rate for ordering more, and it felt like that basic request was just brushed off. In the end, I still paid way more than I expected, which was frustrating.

My order arrived with the box completely smashed and one corner was even wet. A few of the items inside ended up bent, which was really frustrating. What bothered me more was trying to get it sorted out, everyone seemed to point me somewhere else and nobody really took ownership of the issue. Definitely not the experience I expected.
